Mike Murray CAE EngTech MIMechE AMIMI Service / Aftersales Manager
Originally a technician with Furness Park from 1989 to 2000, Mike left to join the BMW network for an 8 year period where he was trained extensively and achieved Senior BMW Diagnositic Technician and ATA Diagnostic Technician status.
When the Furness Park Service Manager`s position became available. Mike was ready to fill one of the most important positions within the business. Since Mike joined he has introduced ATA training and qualification to our business, updated the facilities and is totally committed to enhancing the Furness Park customer experience .....

Main liason with VOSA, ensures Furness Park are up-to-date with latest MOT requirements and changes. Recently stepped forward to assist the front of house Aftersales team to enhance customer service . |
