`Having been recommended to use Furness Park by reliable allied professions, it should not have surprised me to what level this company went too in customer relations.
However, experiential is much more powerful, and the way I have been treated has left me in no doubt that I would like my testimonial in print for others to read.
From the salesroom to the boardroom, reception and services, these people excel in customer relations, helping me choose a car and treating me very well.
This would appear to be a complete testimonial and I’m guessing, the typical response to this firm, however my experience is somewhat extended. Due to my choice of vehicle not suiting my practical lifestyle I returned to Furness Park, presenting them with my dilemma.
This is where they surpassed themselves. They stayed with me; listen to what I had to say, acted accordingly to help me get to root of my issue and then after many test drives, to the vehicle that was the correct choice for me.
With courtesy, diplomacy and in a manner that is a credit to them all, individually and as a group, this company is second to none. I fully recommend if you are thinking of buying a car at some point a visit to Furness will be a thoroughly pleasant experience, not just in purchase but after care too.`
