Dear Glenn@ Furness Park,
Having recently collected my Mercedes-Benz CLS63 AMG from your dealership I thought to write in, usually something I don’t normally do!
As you now know, I’m a self-confessed petrol head and a serial car changer (no, the wife’s not proud).
Anyway, the reason I am writing in is to let you know of my experience with your business. Over the years I have purchased a lot of high end motor cars from dealerships all over the country but this experience has been truly memorable. From the moment that I phoned the dealership to enquire about the car, I was spoken with a friendly & knowledgeable voice. All the information on the car that I was interested in was described adequately together with finance deals available.
After agreeing a deal over the phone, I was offered the option of having the car delivered to me or collecting it myself. So I decided to make the journey up by a 4.5hr train from London. It was every bit worth it, as I had the opportunity of meeting the team. From the moment I was collected from the train station by the courteous lady (sorry I can’t remember her name but she had a lovely south African accent!) and the warm welcome I received when I arrived at the dealership, was much appreciated. I was grateful to meet with dad Alan and your brother Brad, both who are evidently an asset to the company. I can see that the company ethos is true: customers and staff are treated with utmost respect and appreciation!
Even when the car was presented, I immediately noticed the attention in detail, every aspect of the car from the inner wheel area to interior dashboard trim and leather were impeccably detailed. Even the engine bay was extremely well detailed, as if the car had just come off the production line! This is how an AMG should look, so credit to your valet man here!
Overall I’m very satisfied with the car, it is as you described and I’m glad to have come personally to meet with you and the team – I do anticipate we will do more business in the near future! My only regret was that I wasn’t able to take advantage of the overnight stay at the hotel due to work commitments but I hope to take advantage of your kind gesture next time. Oh yes, and thanks for the keyrings my gift to the wife ! Let me know if you get any more euros though – Ha! Ha! What a great story.
